* Sweet home alabama *
oh yea let me tell you about my sweet home Alabama for the last two months .... let me just say lots of stuff has been going on ... last time i wrote on here was a little over 2 weeks since we moved were .. in that time i started school , got involved in First Baptist North Mobile ,started making some friends, oh and had a boyfriend.... OK lets start with school.... I am attending Faulkner Christian here in Mobile (only until Jan.) classes are going fine i have finished one set already ( we are on the quarter system here) so I have 12 credits down 12 more left to do ... classes are small and yea life is fine there .... finding time to study and make friends... So church ... there is something called KidGrid at the church and it is the kids (1st - 5th grade) Sunday school program on Sunday mornings there .. I decided that I wanted to get involved and so i joined the praise team and I sing at least one service every time .. but sometimes needed to do both .... Started also helping out in the Middle School and High School youth groups on Wednesday nights ... with also having KidGrid practice Wednesday nights life was busy... oh let me not forget College group too.... yea lets just say Wednesdays are busy for me .... I have started making some really awesome friends ... Lindsay and I are becoming really close and needless to say together as much as we can be ... and than John Michael ... ( who is dating Lindsay) is becoming like a brother to me ... along with Lindsay are around all the time :) started to make friends with some of Corey's friends ( the guy i WAS dating at the time ) ....but ya lets just say we are not talking to those guys right now ... Than of course there are the people that I went to middle school and high school with that are up here ... so I know them .. Started to become friends with a wonder sweet girl named Tiffany ... umm yea little incite she dating Corey too... ( more to come about that) through the last to months we have become friends :) and oh course your cant forget Stephanie ... Lindsay's roommate who is just a sweetheart... and than of course there is Renee and Britney .... I love these two ... they are amazing ... and mean so much to me .... so yea I have started making friends ... OK... now its the boy topic... umm ya so yea 2 weeks after i moved here I started dating a guy named Corey.. He was a really sweet guys had lots in common ...long story short broke up about a week ago and ya... its totally fine with me ... he didn't have time for me and i was finding myself more upset.. so ya i am happy now ... do have to worry about a relationship right now .. until God decides it is time to bring someone into my life...to quote Tiffany If people only knew the whole truth about stuff this world would be sooo different... oh let the drama and talk stop please :) !!! oh and I have found a job finally :-) PRAISE JESUS !!!! I am working at Moka's Coffee House ... I love it there ... the people i work with are just awesome ... i actually look forward to going to work... and for me to say that ... ya i must like it ... A&F when i worked there i dreaded going to work period !! but ya life is great now ... I am happy and I have decided that this is my new saying LET GO AND LET GOD !!! and its so true i would not have been able to get over a relationship in 3 days and completely move on if it wasn't for God .... I will take things that I learned in the relationship and from this it helps me to figure out what I want in a husband down the road ... For my friends back in Boca ... oh do i miss you ... weekends are not the same ... nothing really going on up here .... I MISS YALL and I CANT WAIT TO COME HOME and VISIT :) I will be taking over beds and sleeping at FAU at least one night .... Sleepover in someones room not sure who's but we will all have one big sleepover somewhere :) I hope that I will be able to come home soon ... if not I will be home in December I know that for sure !!! For my friends in Orlando ... mark your calenders ... i will be in Orlando Dec. 12-15 ... i will be at Disney with my family and my brothers best friend Jorden and than my other happy my jelly in my PB&J... Jenna ... i miss you girly so much !!! .. so ya time for me to go make some lunch and take a nap !!!! Love and miss you family ... and everyone keep in touch !!!

I am a Alabama resident :)
This is the first time that I have really had time to sit down and update this ... life has been really busy for the last couple of weeks... After Jenna left life went into crazy mode ... packing and saying good bye to my friends that I wont see for who knows how long ... thanksgiving maybe christmas ... I am not sure when i am going to have time to go home and visit ... I am sorry guys ... I gotta do good in school...So moving day is finally here after a long time of counting down.... July 24th was here .... finished packing up the moving truck and started to make our way up to mobile .... let me tell you that was a really long trip... left at like 10am from boca and finally made it to mobile 14 1/2 hours later ... i dont remember much from when we got there that night other than I said hi to Caleb , Ryan and Renee and went to sleep... on July 25th I became a Alabama resident :) signed all the papers and got moved in .. yay... mom and dad were here till sunday :( it was really hard to say good bye to them .. not gonna lie we all cried when they left ... its this chain family thing cause it happened in Boca too ... Dad starts crying and than I lose it and it goes down from there ... we were here for less than a week and we were in the car and off again ... We made a trip to Birmingham Alabama to visit Renee's sisters .. her sister Sherry just had a baby... Kaleb is so cute !! I cant wait for them to come to Mobile to visit .... Than we come home and finish getting everything unpacked and all that fun stuff.... started to get involved with church and everything ... its a lot of fun here .... at night just been hanging out with some friends Ryan and Renee, Corey, Caleb, Britney , and a couple other people .... I love it up here .. and I know that this is where God really wants me to be... Today was move in day at University of Mobile .. helped with that a little and than came home and napped until Josh and Nicole's Wedding tonight ... came home ate dinner and fell alsleep.. lol ... p.s. almost 17 days and yet have not hung any pictures up in our home ... lol... just wanted to let you know mom :) I miss all of my friends in Boca... you are more than welcome to come and visit !! Well I am off to bed I have church in a few hours and than a busy week .. i gotta get some sleep ... xoxo

Life from April to July
So I am doing a really bad job keeping this thing updated... but I have been super busy....
ok.. APRIL ....So there was not much that went on in April other than school and work... Classes were going great and I was almost done with my 1st year of college ... wow this is really scary... I quit my job at Abercrombie and Fitch at the end of the month and started looking for a new one ... put applications in around Boca than I found a great job at DSW Shoes ... literally 5 min. if that from home.
MAY... wow this was a non-stop month... The 1st I had my last final and when I was done .. I got in the car and headed to Orlando Florida for one of my really good friends Caroline's graduation from University of Central Florida... (aka UCF)... I spent a couple days up there hanging out and having a great time with friends and also making some new one ... met one of caroline's friends Jordan and her and I clicked right away... I had met her a few weeks before when they came down to Boca for the weekend but didnt really get to hang out with her very much... after I got home I spent 2 weeks just hanging out with friends and working at the new job.. I really like it there ... Than on the 18th-25 I went back up to Orlando Florida to go to Disney with Scott and Tami, Marcus (their baby) Aunt Peg, Mom, Dad, and Jeremy ... We had a lot of fun got to spend time with everyone at the happiest place on earth.... Jenna, Jordan and John ( Jordan's boyfriend) came over through out the week and I got to see all of them... :)... The next week I was actually at home ... yay !!
Than came June ... wow May went by fast... on the 6th of June I had a few of my friends come over to hang out and have a BBQ for my birthday .. So on the 7th Caroline and I venture to Orlando... More like drive to Cocoa Beach Florida to see her boyfriend Trip and than make our way to Jacksonville Florida to see a old friend who is like a brother to me ... Steve ... I <3 ya ... (aka Bluto)... and also to meet his brother Mike ... who is in the Marines and just got home from Iraq a few weeks before ... Got to spend time with them ... watched movies and just hung out ... I got to know Mike and got to spend time with my big brother Bluto... Than we left Sunday afternoon and we drove down to Orlando ... its like 2 hours away not bad ... just hung out didnt do much .. Caroline spent time with Trip and I went to Jordan's house and had a girls night with Jordan and Jess... got ready and did the final things we needed to to get ready from Jordan and Mine's birthday's on Tuesday .. but we went out Monday night till Tuesday.. We went to a place called Scoop.. it was so much fun ... i loved it it was my 19th birthday and Jordan's 21st ... Wednesday came really early ... drove home to spend time with the family on my birthday ... had dinner with my parents and brother and opened presents :) than for the rest of the month I just worked a lot and hung out with some of my friends ....
Wow we are already in July... for the 4th of July my friend Mary and I had a great time ... so I had been talking with Mike all of June and I found out that he was going to go home ( mike lives up in NC for the next 3 years or so because of being in the Marines) I we drove up to go and see him :) we got there got checked into our hotel and than Mike came over and got us and than we went to his house and hung out watched a movie and waited for Bluto to come home from their dad's house and than we went up to Jacksonville Beach to see the fireworks and than we just hung out after there went back to the hotel and Mary and I went to sleep .... we slept in the next day and than went to the beach and the pool and just hung out all afternoon... Mike and Bluto had family stuff that they had to do than called us and invited us to come over to his mom's house to have a family BBQ with them .. I got to meet his oldest brother and his wife and baby... one of the cutest babies in the world by the way.....than we went and saw the Hulk and went back to the house to say good bye seeing that Mike had to be up at 3am to drive back to NC... I didnt think it was going to be that hard to say good bye to Mike.. seeing that I dont know when I am going to see him next it was... than Mary and I went back to the hotel and hung out with Bluto for a little while and than we went to sleep .. got up the next morning and went home ... :(.. the next couple weeks i just worked and hung out with friends... Jenna came down to Boca to hang out .. that was a lot of fun we stayed up all night and watched the sunrise with some friends of mine Alex and Brandon .. which brings us to now.. I am working a lot this weekend getting ready to move to Mobile Alabama in 9 days .. and i havent even started packing...

Update on life
OK.. so I said that I was going to try and keep up with this .. ... let me tell you it is a hard thing to do... lol... I don't know how my cousins do it ... but yea the last time I wrote on this was about 6 weeks or so ago .. yea wow a lot has happened...
Feb. 2008
Lets see I left this thing off at about Rush week for AEPi ... it was a lot of fun ans got to meet some really amazing people that I know I will be friends with for the rest of my life ... they have 5 new pledge brothers and a brother that transfered from another chapter... Zach ... it is really sweet.. than there is Evan and Kevin they are just really funny .. than David who is engaged to one of the Theta Phi Alpha Sisters... Than there is Kareem and Ryan... they are going to be a good pledge class ... I got to know them really well through out the week and also at their Bid night party... The rest of the month was filled with classes homework... and going to work .. adding a little bit of fun going to basketball games and hanging out with the guys

Wow were do I even begin... Great way to start out the month ... SPRING BREAK 08!!! Wow this was a amazing week ... I left Sunday with some friends and drove to Orlando Florida ( which is about 2 1/2 hours away from where we live for all of you who dont live down here) and than a friend of mine and I stayed at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge for the night... it was so nice when we got there at like 7:30pm there were still animals out that we could see and also we could stand out on our porch on watch the fireworks ... That is how we do it .. we are in college why pay to go to a park when you get to watch it from your hotel :) The next day my friends Jaymie , Zach and Steve all got up and dressed and went to Islands of Adventure ... ( IOA is what we call it for short) that was a great day :) we all got to know each other and I finally road a roller coaster ... yes it is a true statement ... me scared beyond belief of them got taken on them and learned shortly that i love them ... after we left there a friend and I went to a good friend from High School 's apartment and stayed there for the night .... Thanks Kaila again for that I really owe you <3 and than we got up the next morning and drove to Tampa which is about a hour away or so .... my friend drove there and I drove back .. lol ... more like he drove and I slept for a hour ... once we got over there we went to USF and met up with some of his old friends and got to see him do his old radio show UBUL 1620 am.... if you ever want to laugh really hard go online and listen to them... it made my day when we went there they have so much fun doing this radio show .... after that we went out on the town for the night ... got to meet a lot of his friends and than went to a place were they all hang out ... stayed up all night ... we got back to Orlando the next morning and precieded to sleep in shower and get up for another day... went to each and than went to Disney for the day :) yay I love that place ... happiest place on earth... it really is .... than I got to see my best friend again for a little while and than I drove home ... well that saturday ... I got in my first car accident that ended up cause close to $9,000 worth of damage ... I get the car back in like a week.... I am ok messed up my back but other then that I am alive ...
The next couple of weeks were crazy with school and work... I had been seeing a guy but we came from two different worlds and so ya we ended thing but we are still great friends which I am happy about he is a great guy we are just not made out to be together and that is ok ... there is someone out there that is made for me and I just have not found him yet... well that I know of ... maybe I have ... well some people think that I will be marrying a guy that I dated a year ago but who knows lol .. I love you Caroline :) .... and than also that same week my neighbor passed away ... ( here is a link to one of the many stories on the news about her http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/PainManagement/story?id=4520099 ) ... wow do guys know how to pick the worst weeks in life to do things..... lol...
But that brings us to this week which is going to be filled with class... work... and Greek Week... I am not greek but all of my friends are so ya that means that I am going to be there to support them....
Please pray for the following for me :
1. my neighbor's family as they are really hurting right now with the passing of Steph
2. myself as I continue to heal from my car accident and also as I am getting things ready as I hopefully moving in late July beginning of Aug. to Mobile , Alabama for school ... ( i cant wait to be up there with all of my close friend and pretty much family... start counting down the days :) not to much longer )

College ... that is all that I have to say !
Wow ... starting college life wasnt going to good... at least in the mind of a girl .. my boyfriend and I at that the time broke up and I just felt like I was alone ... oh was I wrong .. I am one of those types of people that makes friends very easy.. I started hanging out with my friend Andrew .. aka. Freshman.. and met all the guys of AEPi and than all the TPA girls ... it was really nice to have great friends... they helped me through a lot ....September came homework tests and projects... oh and than hanging out with friends pulling all nighters and may I add parties :) life was going great..and you cant forget FOOTBALL GAMES :) ... that was the highlight of the week sometimes .. when you are sick n tired of class and homework you could always count on a Saturday morning of tailgating and than a wonderful game of football .. GO OWLS .... October pretty much was the same and than November came .... that is when life really got crazy...I made a trip up to Mobile Alabama to visit the University of Mobile and also to see Renee :) I miss her so much ...
December came and that was finishing up classes and taking Finals than as a family we went to Disney World for Disney's Very Merry Christmas Party... one of my best friends Jenna met us there and that let to a wonderful weekend.... it is so much fun :) She goes to UCF (University of Central Florida) so we don't get to see each other that much... and also you can't forget FAU going to a Bowl game :)... yep and you know it we WON :) I couldn't go to the game cause I got my wisdom teeth pulled... :)
Had a great new year.... went out with some friends ... and a friend of mine is studying in South America came to visit ... Than classes started and life got busy again working two jobs and school full time .... Than surprise to Renee I went to visit again ... This time Jeremy came too... I got to hang out with Britney and Renee all weekend :) That leads us to now ... Work and Basketball games... and Rush week... I am going to try and keep us with this blog... have a great week :)
